A five-week intensive workshop, inspired by fairy tales.

We will read fables and fairy tales, as well as contemporary short stories.
And as we read, we will practice building stories from the ground up, studying structure, dialogue, narrative voice, propulsion, mystery, and more. (Whether you have an interest in writing fairy tales or not, this class will help you explore elements of short fiction and finish a whole story.)
